A little background...

Hi y'all!

My husband, Mr. Points & Miles, and I met as students at the University of Texas and we were married in October 2010. We spent our honeymoon in Costa Rica, loved it, and immediately booked our next adventure!

The next year we made our way to Italy, Las Vegas, and Hawaii.

Then in 2012 we went back to Costa Rica and Hawaii.

If there is one thing Mr. P&M is good at, it's planning trips-- he does 98% of the preparation. The little 2% I do is making sure the luggage is well packed and double checking our itinerary. He is a genius at planning trips using points and miles. I have no idea how the game works, but he is the one who figures out how we are going to earn the points & miles and plans the trips. He tries to explain it to me, and I've learned a lot, but usually I am just along for the ride!

Our little bundle of joy, Little Bean, was in April 2013. While pregnant we were planning our first trip with her and figuring out how soon we could get her passport. We knew that we wanted her to grow up traveling and gaining all kinds of worldly experiences. Plus, we wanted to keep traveling and we read that it's easiest with babies (compared to toddlers and children). Our first family adventure takes us to Peru! While planning this trip I noticed a lack of blogs which document in detail traveling with a baby. Yes, there are thousands of 'Travel with Baby' blogs, but I want details!

So, I began this blog to document in detail our travels with Little Bean so that other traveling parents will have a better idea of what to expect. Hope you enjoy!
